We offer two ways to track your order.
You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number once your order leaves your warehouse. You can use that tracking number to monitor your order in-transit at UPS.com.
You can also track your order through WeSupply or your UBIQ Account.
- On the WeSupply page, enter your email address that you used to place your order. Then click Track Your Order.
- You will receive an email providing you with a link to view your order. Click the link, and you will be directed to a page where you can view your order status.
- To view more order details, click on the product image. You will be directed to a page where you can track your order and view order details.
- Click Track Your Order on the top left, and you will be able to view transit updates on your package.
