To check the status of your order, first log into your UBIQ account.
- Click My Orders found on the left side of your Accounts Dashboard.
- Find the order number and click View Order on the right. You will be directed to the WeSupply page.
- On the WeSupply page, enter your email address that you used to place your order. Then click Track Your Order.
- You will receive an email providing you with a link to view your order. Click the link, and you will be directed to a page where you can view your order status.
- To view more order details, click on the product image. You will be directed to a page where you can track your order and view order details.
